Our Global Enterprise client is looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to become a part of their team.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 140 - 240 days (initially)
Pay Rate: £153 p/d (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £171 p/d (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Raynesway, Derby
NOTE: Active SC Clearance will be utilised.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the hardware team providing break fix and hardware diagnostics.
- Laptop and desktop builds.
- Working on the Tech Bar on a rota.
- Software BAU working on 2nd line tickets and remote desktop.
- Project experience/Field work experience desired but not needed.
- Full UK Driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Happy to travel to remote sites across the UK when needed.
- Happy to stay overnight when required.
Soft Skills:
- Flexible approach and ability to work co-operatively within a newly created team environment.
- Should be a self-starter and be able to perform quality assurance and control to create technical deliverables that are error free/with minimal non-functional defects.
- Experience in operationally supporting large, complex technical environment.
