Brown & Brown Employee Benefits are eagerly looking to recruit a Sales Quality Analyst to join our Compliance team. The main function of the role is to complete, record and provide feedback to advisers in relation to file reviews. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all their processes are in line with requirements and provide good customer outcomes.
In addition to reviewing files, in accordance with the PCH T&C scheme, you will be responsible for assisting with monitoring employees' adherence to required training & competency requirements, providing detailed management information to the Compliance & Conduct Manager as well as feeding performance back to all advisers.

Duties will include:
- Monitoring and assessing advisers via file checking and call listening and identify any training needs.
- Provide feedback and training where required.
- Work with the Compliance team and support the T&C scheme.
- Assist in the monitoring and reporting results of the PCH T&C scheme.
- Ensure the fair treatment of customers and their best interests is core to the activity of the business at all times.
- Compile and present reports, MI and statistics to the Compliance & Conduct Manager in appropriate style and manner and within required timescales.
- Advise and keep up to date the Compliance & Conduct Manager on all matters relating to compliance performance by the sales team.
- Provide clear and objective feedback, recognising achievements and providing constructive suggestions and encouragement for improvements.
- Maintain detailed records.
Previous compliance, call monitoring or sales quality analysis experience is required to be considered for this role, ideally from an insurance background.
