Your new company: An award-winning utilities company based in the Newport area.
Your new role: Working in a busy Part-Time Administrator role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Scan & upload all delivery notes.
- Scan & upload all relevant documentation (Daily Briefs, PASS, Task Allocation Sheets, etc.) to the shared drive.
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers & raising requisitions/orders with the procurement team at HQ.
- Compiling data for SO27 reporting.
- Compiling data for weekly SHES reporting to submit for the weekly SHES call.
- Plan & coordinate routine inspections for items such as fire extinguishers, lifting equipment, fire alarms, electrical inspection & certification of welfare units.
- Liaise with security provider (Protector) for cover as required on weekends/bank holidays.
- Transfer completed SMS inspections from Safety Culture to Weekly completed folder on the Site Management (SHEQ folder).
- Transfer data where required.
What you’ll need to succeed: You’ll be a proven administrator who is looking to work 20 hours per week, 5 days a week. You’ll be based locally to the Newport area. You’ll be organised and have solid IT skills, including previous experience of using the Microsoft suite.
What you’ll get in return: This is a long-term temporary role to start immediately. The role is expected to last until the end of November with the possibility of an extension. Hours of work are 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. You can be flexible when you work these hours as long as they are between 8am and 5pm.
