What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping a large-scale, modern facility running smoothly through planned maintenance and swift reactive repairs.
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects including equipment upgrades and efficiency optimisations.
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and implementing lasting solutions.
  • Collaborating across departments to uphold safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
  • Playing a key role in maintaining the high technical and quality standards the site is known for.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of practical experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Qualifications such as:
  • City & Guilds in Engineering (or equivalent)
  • HNC or NVQ Level 3 (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • 18th Edition (ideal if you’re electrically biased)
  • A solid grasp of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and steam systems.
  • A proactive, hands-on problem solver with strong teamwork and communication skills.
