Le Labo are looking for people who can represent their brand and hold affinity to Beauty and appreciate the craft of the Le Labo brand. You don’t have to have a retail background, but you do have to have genuine passion, energy and take care of every customer. We are all about an experience, because customers leave with an emotional connection to the brand. Our customers on Le Labo are people we not only serve and create an amazing experience, but we also engage in a great conversations, not just about our creations, but general life too. Key responsibilities Every day you create a welcoming environment for everyone Be a team player Managing the lab – from managing stock, ingredients, labelling and boxing Take great care in crafting creations Creating genuine, authentic connections with clients The roles are based at Glasgow airport, and there are a mixture of full time and part time roles – you must be able to start work at 4am for an early start, or finish at 10pm for a late shift – we must align to the flight patterns and this means early starts! The roles are 36hrs over any 4 days of the week, or part time can be either 18 or 24 hours over 3 days per week. In order to work at the airport you must have security clearance in advance and Criminal reference checks prior to starting. this can take a few weeks but you will be guided through the process In return we offer excellent rates of pay and benefits including a generous holiday allowance and commission.
