Our mission is to inspire a love of learning and to help each student reach their full potential. Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced SEN/SEND Tutors to join our team. The successful candidates will be passionate about education and committed to delivering engaging and effective tutoring sessions. You will work with students to help them improve their understanding and performance in English, Maths, and Science, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions in English, Maths, or Science. Develop and implement personalised learning plans that address each student’s strengths and areas for improvement. Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to make learning engaging and accessible. Track and report on student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Prepare students for exams and assessments, offering strategies for success. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student confidence and independence.Requirements: Relevant qualifications in education or a related subject (e.g., a degree in English, Maths, Science, Education, or equivalent).
