We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Chef Manager to join our dynamic team in Cowdenbeath. As Chef Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operation, leading a catering team of 22 (including 6 direct reports). You'll take the reins on everything from planning delicious, high-quality meals to managing stock and ensuring top-tier hygiene and safety standards.

- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, stock control, and compliance
