At Gather & Gather, we are known as one of the UK & Ireland's most distinctive workplace catering experts. We are passionate about great food and great coffee and putting our employees and customers at the heart of everything that we do. We are currently recruiting for a Relief Chef Manager.
Location: Watford (Field based role with required travel between Northampton and Watford)
Rate of Pay: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum, Mileage can be expensed
Working Pattern: Predominantly Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm, 40 hours per week, but will require weekend flexibility.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Overseeing and implementing menu changes
- Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
- Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
- Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
- Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
- Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
- Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
- Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
