About the Role:

As the Operational Conference & Events Manager, you will oversee the smooth delivery of all conferences, banquets, meetings, and special events. This hands-on leadership role requires a meticulous organiser with a talent for team management, client service, and operational excellence. You’ll be the central point of contact between clients, hotel departments, and third-party vendors ensuring that every event reflects the high standards of our elegant and historic venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operations of our events team to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Ensure event spaces are pristine, functional, and set to specification.
  • Manage AV, lighting, and technical setups in collaboration with internal and external teams.
