We have an exciting opportunity for a HSQE Advisor to join the team with an excellent career progression opportunity. The successful candidate will hold NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NEBOSH Diploma, previous experience in a similar role and ideally have a Rail background. The purpose of the role is to provide assurance, guidance and support to the site teams. Main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Support the HSQE Lead to create a culture that promotes Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Safety.
  • Monitor and report on HSQE compliance.
  • Conduct accident investigations.
  • Liaise effectively with Site Managers and colleagues to gain buy in to H&S agenda.
