We are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Hull Community Mental Health Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in adult community mental health services.
Location: Hull
Contract Type: Temporary Contract
Working Hours: Days and hours of work will be discussed with successful candidates, the service operates Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
About the Role: As part of a dynamic and supportive multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality social work support to adults experiencing mental health challenges within the community. Your work will help promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred support and care planning
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and reviews in line with statutory duties
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and partner agencies
- Promote safeguarding and uphold the values of the Trust
The Person:
- Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
- Experience working in a mental health setting (desirable)
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
- Commitment to promoting recovery and person-centred care
