We have a 6 month contract available for an experienced Building Control Surveyor to join a busy team who carry out the full range of Building Control functions, including:
- Building Regulation application plan checking
- Site inspections of building works
- Means of escape from existing buildings and dangerous structures
- Processing of demolition notices
- Other corporate projects that involve the Building Control team
Must have Class 2 registration, flexible on level within that. Rate given as a guide, flexibility available depending on registration level.
