We're recruiting for experienced Engine Builders to join a specialist engineering team in Burton upon Trent. The role involves the refurbishment and rebuild of engines used in rail, marine, and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strip and rebuild mechanical engine components to OEM standards
- Work to technical manuals and assembly specifications
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Accurately complete job documentation and reports
- Maintain high health and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments and support apprentices when needed
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in motor mechanics preferred but not necessary
