Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a well-established construction business near Horley seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on role managing projects from start to finish, based in the office with regular site visits locally.

The Role
The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and budget, coordinating with clients, contractors, and site teams. You will be expected to proactively solve issues, manage resources, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as main contact for general enquiries
- Plan staffing and resource allocation for projects
- Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying potential risks
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain project documentation and communicate updates
- Arrange procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work and compliance
- Prepare and send reports and schedules to management
- Provide general administrative support as required
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in construction or related industries (essential)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
Salary £30k - £35k DOE plus excellent company benefits
Monday to Friday 35 hour week
