My client is an Employee Owned Legal firm, looking for a proactive and versatile IT professional to join their team. This varied role includes 1st line and 2nd line problem solving, managing their full IT estate, and liaising with 3rd party providers and suppliers. You'll also contribute to the development and improvement of their Practice and Case Management software, and play a key part in project work for new applications and system enhancements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to broaden their skills, take ownership of IT projects, and help drive innovation in a dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1st line & 2nd Line IT support and troubleshooting - Azure AD, Microsoft 365, InTune
- Managing and maintaining the firm's IT infrastructure - general understanding of LAN & WAN connectivity
- Liaising with external IT providers and suppliers
- Supporting and developing Practice and Case Management software
- Leading and assisting with IT projects and the introduction of new systems
