Are you looking for a fulfilling & rewarding career? Vibrance has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in Dunelm, Chadwell Heath. We currently have full-time, part-time and relief hours available and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,177 per annum / pro rata.

About the Support Worker role: Dunelm is a Nursing Home for 11 service users with severe learning disabilities and complex healthcare needs. As a support worker, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals around the Chadwell Heath area. Service users require 24-hour holistic support around all their needs including accessing the community for activities. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our dedicated staff team to support and assist tenants with their daily living skills to enable them to develop a fulfilling independent life.

We don’t expect you to have all the answers which is why we give you lots of training and support, a great team and supportive managers so you can be a great support worker.
