The pub benefits from being one of ten pubs found in an area of around 6,384 adults. The Black Horse’s customer base is made up of a mix of suburban communities, with a blend of private and council housing. Kearsley is a peaceful neighbourhood in Bolton, known for its friendly, family-oriented feel, dog-friendly streets, listed canal bridges, and former landmarks like Kearsley Mill. The pub sits on the high street, benefitting from good daytime footfall and strong transport links, including proximity to the M60 and local rail connections. Within a 30-minute drive are multiple major attractions including the Trafford Centre, Manchester City and United stadiums, and Salford Red Devils.
The Black Horse is available on our investment tenancy agreement. The pub will have strong kerb appeal following a full internal refurbishment. With retail pricing supported by a commercial discount of £275 per barrel, it’s designed to be price competitive across all key lines. There will be a range of beers from Heineken and national brewers, alongside Sky and BT Sports, quizzes and local entertainment. A small functional kitchen supports a light community food offer.
