Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the General Manager in overseeing the restaurant activities
  • Standing in for the General Manager when absent
  • Day to day running of the restaurant
  • Acting as the ambassador for the brand
  • Diverse and adaptable approach to varying tasks

Experience and Background:

  • Experience within a restaurant and/or 100% “dry” environment
  • Shift Supervisory or Assistant Manager experience
  • A hands-on approach
  • First class approach to customer service
  • Passion for food and beverage is advantageous
