LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a public sector in-house legal services team based in Greater Manchester for a Solicitor with a civil litigation or criminal litigation background. This will be on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible and lasting until March 2026 in the first instance.
Please note this is a full-time role and will require hybrid attendance in Manchester.
This client is seeking an experienced solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive to handle civil orders and disclosure applications. You will be required to conduct advocacy in the Magistrate’s Court and Family Court.
To apply you will be:
- An England and Wales qualified solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive with minimum 2 years’ PQE
- Able to demonstrate previous experience of legal research, case management, and court advocacy
- Able to attend the office and/or court in Greater Manchester
- Available on no more than a 4-week notice period
The salary for this role will be £25.31/hour PAYE.
