An elite US law firm is looking to recruit a Pitch Specialist for their London office. This is a newly created role as the firm is growing their global pitch team across London and the US. Working alongside the Pitch Manager in London you will be supporting the firm on a wide range of pitches across the firm's key practice groups.
Role highlights:
- Support strategic new business pursuits across a variety of practice areas
- Draft, customize and edit pitch and proposal materials, including responses to RFPs
- Maintain firmwide pitch proposal content library for fresh, best-in-class materials
- Maintain repository of completed proposals
- Track all pitches and RFP responses
The successful candidate will have solid bids experience within professional services, legal being a clear advantage. You will have experience in training and mentoring senior stakeholders on the bids process and have a track record of producing winning proposals.
