Due to organic growth and plenty of new sites secured, this independent developer is now hiring a Sales Progressor to ensure the customer care levels are kept incredibly high, and each transaction gets from SSTC to Completion as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

What you will be doing:
Based from the Head Office in East Leeds, from the moment a plot is reserved, you will take responsibility for getting it completed as efficiently as possible. This will be done by:
- Regular contact with buyers, solicitors, and mortgage lenders
- Regular meetings with other teams within the firm, including Sales, Construction and Technical
- Anticipating potential issues and delays to plan and find solutions accordingly
- Being tenacious and organised to ensure all parties involved are working towards the same time scales
What you will have:
- Recent experience working within New Homes is essential
- A basic understanding of the new homes build schedule
- Recent experience working in a dedicated sales progression role is desirable
- A highly organised approach to tasks
