Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly acquisitive and growing group in the North West, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Interim M&A / Corporate Finance Manager to support their deal pipeline. This role is a 3-6 month contract with strong potential to become permanent. This opportunity is ideal for an immediately available qualified accountant at the Associate Director or Senior Manager level, with experience in Corporate Finance, M&A or Transaction Services, looking to take a lead role in a high-impact environment.
Salary/benefits:
- Day rate or FTC depending on experience
- Hybrid working model
- 3-6 month contract with the possibility of going permanent
- Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on live acquisitions
Job Duties:
- Lead financial due diligence, valuation modelling and commercial assessments for potential acquisitions
- Develop investment appraisals and present recommendations to the Board
- Support deal execution including structuring, negotiation, and post-deal activity
- Partner with internal teams and external advisers across the full transaction lifecycle
- Drive post-acquisition integration planning and performance tracking
- Support wider corporate finance initiatives including funding and forecasting

Ideal experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Significant experience in M&A, Corporate Finance or Transaction Services

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
