We offer a basic salary of up to £30,500 dependent on experience. Realistic first year earnings are between £34,000 and £36,000. Company car scheme or Car allowance (£400 per month)For Experienced Recruitment Consultants: Basic Salary: £26,000 – £28,500. First-Year Earnings: £28,000 – £31,500 (including commission). For Entry-Level Candidates (No Recruitment Experience Required): Starting salary of £24,250, increasing to £26,000 after a year, and £28,500 after two years (with satisfactory reviews).
