KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Warmly welcome clients and ensure a seamless entry experience in line with luxury standards
  • Manage client flow, appointments, and waiting lists with precision and professionalism
  • Deliver outstanding service, upholding brand values and refined client etiquette
  • Support the wider boutique team in creating an elevated and memorable store environment
  • Act as a first point of contact, offering assistance and information where required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Minimum 3 months' experience in a luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing environment
  • Impeccably presented, with a warm, professional and polished communication style
  • Available to work 3–4 days per week across Monday to Sunday, including flexible or short notice cover
  • Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and confidence in engaging with VIP clients

THE PACKAGE:

  • From £13.50 per hour (up to £15ph on Sundays / up to £20ph on bank holidays) + holiday pay + pension contributions
