We're looking for a Proposition Lead to shape and evolve the product offering of one of the UK's leading investment platforms. This position plays a pivotal role in aligning customer needs within a strategic segment to their commercial goals. You'll be responsible for conceptualising new ideas, enhancing current propositions, and guiding them through development, launch, and performance tracking. The role also involves ongoing evaluation to identify improvement opportunities.
The role has various responsibilities:
- Leverage customer insights to deeply understand target audiences and create compelling value propositions tailored to their needs.
- Source, interpret, and apply research - both internal and external - to gain a clear view of the market landscape, competitive environment, and consumer behaviour.
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, and Finance to bring new offerings to life and ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and secure necessary approvals and resources to drive initiatives forward.
- Uphold compliance standards by following processes aligned with FCA guidelines and acting as a proactive first line of defence in managing risk.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in Financial Services and in-depth knowledge of savings and investments products.
- Strong background in consumer research, market analysis, and insights.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, including influencing senior leadership.
- Proficient in working with data and deriving strategic insights from analysis.
