Produce insightful reports that communicate business development outcomes and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, translating insights into strategies that drive business growth. Engage in ongoing professional development, including participation in staff training and staying informed about sector trends and legislative changes relevant to the L&D industry. Proven experience in business development or sales within the Learning & Development or education sector. Demonstrable success in winning new business and exceeding sales targets. Strong networking skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships. Strong organisational skills, with a focus on time management, planning, and attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional, credible, and confident in representing a respected brand. Ability to work effectively with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
