Our client, a leading London Market insurer, is hiring a Portfolio Delivery Lead to oversee and deliver a portfolio of strategic change and infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone who leads by example, can operate at both strategic and delivery levels, and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
You'll be great for this role if you have:
- Proven experience delivering and overseeing complex change & IT portfolios within the Lloyd's insurance market
- Experience with infrastructure projects, including Legacy to cloud transformations
- Strong end-to-end delivery experience using Agile methodologies
- Leadership experience managing and mentoring project managers
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including at Executive and C-suite levels
- A solid grasp of planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting
- Experience working with third-party vendors and delivery partners
- Familiarity with change and transformation frameworks, with a continuous improvement mindset
