Here's your opportunity to get stuck into some of the UK's most exciting residential, commercial, and industrial projects (and even a few international ones too). Join a well-established geospatial team within one of the largest chartered surveying practices in the UK. With regional offices and a rock-solid pipeline of work, you'll gain hands-on experience using cutting-edge tech and delivering real-world solutions that shape the built environment.
The Role
You'll be part of a busy and supportive team, learning from experts and contributing to high-profile projects from day one. Expect variety, responsibility, and exposure to some seriously cool tech.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Assisting in data capture using the latest GNSS & robotic total stations
- Supporting the creation of 2D/3D topographical surveys (N4cE software)
- Getting hands-on with industry-leading laser scanners (Leica P40, RTC360, NavVis VLX, BLK2GO)
- Preparing 2D & 3D drawings/models in AutoCAD & Revit
- Interpreting maps, charts and datasets to produce accurate outputs
- Supporting report writing and data analysis
What You'll Need
- A keen interest in geospatial surveying
- Basic experience with total stations, GNSS or laser scanners (ideal but not essential)
- Confident using AutoCAD (a must)
- Any knowledge of Cyclone? That's a bonus
- Strong communication skills
- A clean UK driving licence
- A positive, team-first attitude
