My client is an established industry leader with a track record of delivering innovative software services to global, top tier organisations and are now looking for a New Business Development Manager. The New Business Development Manager will contribute to their growth by achieving assigned sales targets with new clients and growing existing accounts.
Salary and Commission: 35-50k basic depending on experience. OTE 100k+. Uncapped commission. Pension.
Qualifications: Degree Level preferable, but not essential.
Experience: This New Business Development Manager role would be suited for candidates with at least 4+ years previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record of success as a New Business Development Manager to large, global organisations, selling B2B new technology / bespoke software and digital service solutions.

- This is primarily a New Business Development Manager role (70%) with some account management (30%).
- Relevant sales experience, dealing with corporate clients and selling B2B technology, software and digital solutions using a consultative approach.
- Experience of preparing and presenting winning bespoke software and digital solutions.

Duties: The New Business Development Manager must take ownership of its performance and develop a clear strategy to meet its sales targets. Expected duties of the role:
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Obtain sufficient knowledge and understanding of prospective clients and assigned accounts, conduct appropriate research, and segment it to plan and execute effective sales activities.
- Meet KPIs for client contact, client meetings and sales pipeline.
- Generate leads using different channels, including telephone calling, online and face to face meetings, digital marketing and networking.
- Record all the activities of the assigned accounts into our CRM system, prepare reports for all client meetings and regularly submit sales forecasts and sales activity reports.
- Direct and create commercial proposals.
Location and work pattern: On site mix of both office and home working with time required in the office (4 days in the office), unless visiting customers, with 1 day of remote working offered.
