The Company: We are a specialist automatic gate, barrier, CCTV and access control company installing bespoke products and services to a very high standard. We install, service and maintain throughout the Southeast from residential, schools, colleges through to utility companies alike.
As our company grows, we are looking for a Groundworker to deliver a wide range of installation projects to the highest standard.
The Role: As a Groundworker, you will help to install our full range of gates, barriers, fencing and automation systems. In this varied role, you will carry out fencing, groundworks, gate fitting, first fix cabling and installation activities. You’ll organise materials required for projects and work with your team to ensure that jobs are completed to the highest standards and on time. Additionally, you will:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Identify ways to complete projects in the most efficient and effective way possible
About You: To be considered as a Groundworker you’ll need:
- A proactive approach

- To have the ability to learn quickly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to work well, both individually and as part of a team
- To be physically fit
- Enjoy working outside
