The Role: Real Estate Tax Structuring AD
The Client: Global Investment Manager
The Location: London
The Opportunity: Looking to take on a strong Tax Professional to manage their European Based RE Equity Funds, reporting into the MD. Broad role covering an interesting range of asset classes.
The Responsibilities:
- Managing tax affairs for the RE Equity Funds supporting all phases of the deal cycle and investment holding period
- Review & Model on various provisions
- Oversight of the outsourced advisors across the UK, France, Germany etc
- Stakeholder management - work closely with the PMs and Fund Finance team
- Compliance co-ordination
The Requirements:
- Qualified Tax Professional
- Experienced in identifying and implementing tax implications throughout acquisitions, disposals etc
- Strong understanding of RE Funds
- Competent on managing relationships internally and externally
