The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Plan, develop and deliver a Health & Fitness programme to targeted groups at specific venues throughout Aberdeenshire and ensure the provision of safe and enjoyable delivery of service to all customers.

This role will include working between Banchory and Aboyne to develop and enhance the fitness offerings at both sites, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for all users.

A key aspect of the role will involve supporting member retention by fostering strong relationships with customers, encouraging continued participation, and helping to create a welcoming and motivating environment that promotes long-term engagement in health and fitness activities.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
