Based in Belper, Derbyshire with 2 days a week in Colchester for the next 2 years. An Assistant Quantity Surveyor is needed for a main contractor based in the East Midlands. You will be supporting an advanced Project QS in the management of a complex £45m school project in Colchester and you will be expected to attend site 2 days a week (accommodation and sustenance provided).
This is a teaching and sports centre build including a mix of new build, some refurbishment and some demolition works. You will need to be a self-sufficient, confident and competent Assistant QS, arranging packages of work and work orders.
