A prestigious, international cost consultancy is seeking an ambitious MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding specialist M&E team within their Birmingham office. With a national reputation for delivering iconic, high-profile projects across commercial, industrial, life sciences and sports sectors, this consultancy is undergoing one of its most exciting periods of growth-backed by consistent success across their CMES (Cost Management Engineering Services) division.
This is a standout opportunity for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a 100-strong office, supporting a dynamic, 40-person cost management team, including a dedicated MEP division of 4. With exciting plans to grow this to 15 in the coming months, they are actively recruiting for multiple MEP Quantity Surveyors, from intermediate through to Associate level.
The successful MEP Quantity Surveyor will work across both local and international schemes, collaborating with the Major Projects team on complex, confidential developments. Day-to-day, the MEP Quantity Surveyor will deliver projects from inception to completion, whilst contributing to the long-term growth and structure of the Birmingham M&E team.
Requirements:
- Previous M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy environment
- Client facing & professional
- Ideally a RICS Accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying desirable) or other construction related degree
- MRICS highly desirable (or eager to achieve Chartership)
