An established and reputable manufacturer is seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join their team on the afternoon shift. In this role, youβll be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials within the production environment. Your contribution will help ensure operations run smoothly and products are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Working Hours: Afternoon shift - specific hours to be discussed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and adhere to all Health & Safety practices, maintaining high personal safety standards and challenging unsafe behaviour.
- Operate FLTs to move and organise materials.
- Manually load and unload products as required.
- Check and verify stock against paperwork.
- Work towards and achieve agreed KPIs.
- Keep work areas clean and organised.
- Deliver excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
- Perform other tasks within your capability as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous forklift operating experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations, especially in warehouse or industrial settings.
