Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister IMPRESSIVE basic salary of £35,000. IMRESSIVE 6 month salary guarantee of £40,000. IMPRESSIVE personal commission structure of 10% on all lets and potentially this could tier up to 15% based on bankings PLUS 10% personal commission on all relets. IMPRESSIVE and extremely favorable working hours of Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm with no Saturday working. There are no targets as that’s not what they are about.
