Why this role?

If you're an established BDM with a solid grounding in technical sales and a hunger to take your career to the next level, this is a brilliant opportunity. You'll join a well-respected organisation where your commercial insight, relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking will make a real impact.

What we're looking for:

  • A commercially astute sales professional with at least 5 years' experience in B2B sales or business development within chemicals, refrigerants, or a similar industrial/technical field.
  • Proven success in winning new business and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, backed by the ability to build lasting relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Technically confident and able to understand and communicate product value propositions in a clear, solution-focused way.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £40,000-£44,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
  • Benefits: Company car or car allowance, performance-linked commission, paid annual leave including bank holidays, pension scheme, life assurance, and access to wellbeing perks.
  • Working set up: Remote based from home with required client visits throughout the UK.
