GMP Recruitment are proud to work in partnership with a medical practice, located in Edinburgh. We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent contract.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operational duties of the practice, in line with business requirements and regulatory standards. You will have responsibility for the smooth running of the practice including:

  • premises management
  • appointment management
  • stock management
  • rota scheduling
  • staff supervision/management
  • health & safety
  • maintaining quality/regulatory standards

This position is working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week offering a highly competitive salary and excellent company benefits.

To be considered for this position, candidates must show previous experience in a management/supervisory role, ideally within a medical practice or healthcare environment, and experience working in a patient care environment is essential.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to relish in this position with the flexibility to improve business efficiencies, contribute towards continual improvements, promote a culture of excellent quality customer services and teamwork, and exceed statutory and quality standards for medical practices.
