The Role:
- Support business-winning activities through bidding, proposal generation, and contract negotiations
- Manage and deliver contracts, including change control, problem solving, and customer engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including reporting and representation at meetings
- Maintain and administer commercial systems, ensuring compliance and promoting best practice
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing complex, high-value contracts and understanding the full contract lifecycle
- Solid grasp of contract law, IP rights, risk/liability management, and export/import controls
- Proficient in commercial tools and systems, including SAP
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
