Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, group, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and leisure markets.
  • Conduct sales calls, host client meetings, and lead site tours to showcase the venue's offerings.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Assist in organising promotional events, trade shows, and client familiarisation trips.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and branding.
  • Support VIP accounts and nurture long-term business relationships.

About You:

  • A degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience in hospitality sales, ideally within a hotel or events environment.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera).
  • Knowledge of local and international travel/corporate market trends is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills are an added advantage.
