We are working in partnership with a public body, who are offering outstanding opportunities available across the UK for Criminal Solicitors with management experience.

  • This role will involve managing between 8 and 12 Criminal Solicitors. You will be responsible for mentoring, appraising staff, allocating workloads, and ensuring the smooth running of criminal prosecutions cases within the team.
  • You will help and guide the team with difficult legal issues as well as the day to day staff management responsibilities.
  • The ideal candidate will be a qualified Criminal Solicitor with extensive management experience and strong leadership skills. You will be adept in handling general staff and HR issues while demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
  • Whilst your background within Criminal law is important, a large focus for this role is on staff management. You will not be handling your own cases, making this role ideal for someone in a senior or Head of Department position who is seeking a change.
