A digital first, Neobank are in the process of implementing Salesforce and are looking for a Marketing Cloud focused Product Owner to work alongside their marketing teams to lead the Marketing Cloud implementation workstream. This is a 5 year transformation programme as the bank goes through a massive tech overhaul, whilst they are significantly expanding their business model and plan to go from 0-90,000 retail banking customers over that timeframe.
As the Marketing Cloud Product Owner, you will lead the discovery, evolution, execution and maintenance phases to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Marketing Cloud and Salesforce more broadly. You'll possess a blend of business facing and technical skills, have strong knowledge and commercial experience with Marketing Cloud, and ideally have previously worked in the financial services sector.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days/week required in their London office (Bank station). Salary is up to £75k + 20% bonus + a 9% pension contribution from the bank (amongst other benefits).
