Contek Recruitment are currently working with an Aerospace engineering company, located in Atherstone, Warwickshire. Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking for a skilled Grinding Machinist to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

PAY: £18-20 per hour (Depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (07:30 AM until 16:00 PM) and Friday (07:30 AM until 15:00 PM).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working on Jones & Shipman Universal Grinders.
  • Working on Jones & Shipman Surface Grinders.
  • Grinding of parts and components for the Aerospace industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience within universal and surface grinding is required.
  • A committed and driven approach to work.
  • Ambition to stay with the company long-term.
  • To have a hardworking approach towards daily requirements.
  • To be able to work unsupervised.
  • To be positive and self-motivated.
