Working with a leading software technology Solutions company which designs, builds and operates technology solutions for the global capital markets. We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager with a strong delivery and change background to support high-impact initiatives in the financial services sector. Paying cΒ£80k + benefits.

Key skills:

  • Proven project delivery and change management experience, ideally with some business analysis.
  • Solid understanding of capital markets, including bonds and OTC derivatives.
  • Strong Agile delivery expertise and senior stakeholder engagement, including with regulators or industry groups.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations (e.g. MiFID).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Comfortable with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Wiki).
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor, and deliver projects with support from the Programme Manager.
  • Manage RAID logs, project schedules, and JIRA boards using Agile methodologies.
  • Support budgeting and oversee third-party vendor delivery.
  • Collaborate on business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Produce project reports, dashboards, and KPIs in line with PMO standards.
  • Act as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, resolve issues, and manage change control.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks.
