As a Programme Manager, you'll lead the delivery of cross-functional, high-impact transformation initiatives that shape the future of our customer and colleague experience. Are you ready to shape the future of wellness at one of the UK's most iconic health and wellness brands? We're looking for a strategic and passionate leader to architect and evolve our customer mission propositions ensuring they are insight-driven, digitally innovative, and commercially impactful. You'll define how we build and scale the most meaningful wellness experiences for our customers across multiple channels and markets.
The Role
- Own the shaping and delivery of market-leading propositions that resonate with customers and drive business growth.
- Lead Mission summits to build alignment on priorities for development in conjunction with NPD, H&B&Me, etc.
- Own a repeatable proposition framework across markets, segments, channels and products.
- Set clear standards and gateways for proposition approval, validation, and evolution.
- Set up feedback loops which continuously improve propositions based on market response, customer feedback, and commercial outcomes.
Location: This role is based in London (or Nuneaton), and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub (or London) and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices.
The Person
- A background in digital wellness, healthtech, or consumer health brands.
- Experience leading customer propositions from strategy through to execution.
- Strong commercial acumen and a test-and-learn mindset.
- Understanding of longitudinal customer journeys across digital and physical channels.
- Creative thinker with the ability to balance innovation and business results.
- Someone who believes wellness should be inspiring, inclusive, and grounded in science.
