This role is to assist the Quality & Controls Manager in leading the analysis of data quality and insights to drive improvements, ensuring data accuracy and supporting operational and strategic decision-making across GCS.
A bit about the job:
- Conduct analysis of performance metrics to identify trends, inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement a reporting suite of business-important metrics across GCS Operations.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights that supports GCS and GCS Ops decisions.
- Taking personal responsibility for development in line with business strategy and driving opportunities for operational improvements.
- Acting on feedback from colleagues and sharing ideas with managers and peers.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Qlik would be desirable but not essential.
- The ability to create visualisations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate data insights clearly and concisely.
- The ability to identify problems, develop solutions and understand the analysis of complex information and its impacts.
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial industry is preferable but, again, not essential.

- Starting salary of Circa £27,000 depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
