Role: Weighbridge Operator
Pay Rate: £12.68 per hour (PAYE)
Location: Torr Concrete Products, East Cranmore, Shepton Mallet, Somerset BA4 4SQ, UK.
Shift Pattern: 8 am to 5 pm with half an hour break
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract Length: Minimum 3 months with the possibility of extension
Start: ASAP (Once completing onboarding checks)
Responsibilities:
- Manage weighbridge operations, ensuring all vehicle movements are recorded accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drivers, contractors, and internal teams, resolving queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process delivery and collection documentation, ensuring all records are maintained to company standards.
- Support stock management by monitoring material movements and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
