An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Exeter. This permanent role is ideally suited to an experienced administrator seeking their next challenge in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

The role will mainly focus on supporting project managers, project coordinators and the coordination team over the design, procurement and construction phases of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collation, management and version control of drawings, technical information and correspondence between project teams and all external parties/clients for project technical submittals.
  • Help ensure that drawings and Pi system files correlate.
  • Reviewing and coordinating incoming mail and email inboxes for new enquiries, logging onto systems and distributing as necessary.
  • Updating systems/database/files/planners in a timely manner including logging, uploading, and downloading documents, updating and printing of relevant information once processed, logging any enquiries and keeping updated with any agreed changes to information and dates.
  • General administration duties to support the team.
  • Ensure all order numbers and/or call offs are received, and invoice values are correct and margins match (relates to small orders).
  • Procuring materials and services from the UK supply chain and our factories where required.
  • Quoting and ordering replacement parts, glazing, and small orders etc. for live sites and site handovers.
  • When required, assist with the procurement of main projects in Pi (dependent on development and skills).
  • Follow up customers for final balance payment on project before delivery.
