Our client, a leading player in the automotive sector, is currently seeking a contract PFMEA Facilitator. This role will be based in Coventry and will involve guiding and consolidating PFMEA team inputs to ensure adherence to FMEA standards and quality levels. This position is crucial for maintaining process safety and integrating CAD technologies within the process workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery, workshop leadership and coaching for PFMEA creation
  • Guiding and consolidation of PFMEA team inputs to ensure adherence to FMEA standards and quality levels
  • Creating action plans to support capturing or developing relevant input data and documentation
  • Supporting the global team in building state-of-the-art core energy storage technology
  • Understanding regional and global product requirements to deliver effective solutions
  • Enabling process compliance to ensure high product quality
  • Identifying required skill sets for excellent product execution
  • Supporting bi-annual performance reviews for key functional leaders

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in process safety and PFMEA development
  • Strong understanding of process workflows and CAD technologies
