The Role: If you have not already enrolled in a relevant RICS accredited degree course, we will support you and pay for you to do so. We also have experience in employing those that are already part way through their degree therefore giving you experience and income while you progress through the remainder of your degree course.
We provide a structured training plan and have a strong reputation for supporting our trainees to pass their degree and the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). You will be able to call on a range of experienced fellow professionals, including APC Assessors, as you build your knowledge and experience.

If successful, you will join one of our four valuation teams, each covering a set geographical area of the city and be responsible for surveying and valuing properties for both Non-Domestic Rating and Council Tax. In addition to your valuation duties, you will also discuss and negotiate disposal of proposals to alter both Rateable Values and Council Tax Bands including potential presentation of expert witness evidence before the Tribunal Service.

We anticipate interviews being in person at our offices at 40 John Street in Glasgow City Centre.
